Better employee feedback than an engagement survey. Not just a score.
Instead of a multiple-choice survey everyone rushes through, Robbie has a real conversation with every employee, asks a genuine follow-up when something interesting comes up, and rolls the whole company's answers into one synthesis.
Roughly half of employees admit to being less than fully honest on engagement surveys. Most doubt the anonymity is real, and worry a negative answer could be traced back to them.
Even when people do answer honestly, a five-point scale cannot explain why a team's morale dropped, or what a manager could actually change. So HR gets a score with no story behind it, and nothing to act on before the next annual survey rolls around.
Robbie has a private, one-to-one conversation with each employee and can ask a real follow-up. People say more to an AI they trust than a form they don't.
How it works
Brief Robbie
Set the questions that matter this quarter. What's working, what's frustrating, what would make people recommend this as a place to work?
Share one link
Share it company-wide, by Slack, email, or your intranet. Everyone talks to Robbie in parallel, by text or voice, in about 10 minutes.
Read the synthesis
Robbie produces themes ranked by confidence, standout quotes, and patterns across the whole company. If one team is struggling, it shows up clearly.
50 staff interviews
Short, conversational, and fast enough that a whole company can complete one in a day. No annual commitment, no minimum. £5 per 10 minutes of interview time, invoiced the following month. Run one all-hands round or a rolling quarterly cadence.
After the round closes, Robbie produces a company-wide summary, themes ranked by how consistently they appeared, standout quotes, surprises, and caveats, in place of a dashboard of scores with no story behind them.
Robbie captures each participant's department at intake, so you can see whether a concern is company-wide or specific to one team.

All-hands surveys sometimes surface protected information: a health condition affecting someone's work, a religion-related workplace conflict, concerns about trade-union activity.
Robbie is not designed to collect this information and does not pursue it. If a participant begins to disclose something sensitive, Robbie redirects the conversation appropriately. Any protected data that does appear is automatically scanned and redacted from the transcript before you see it.
Robbie is ICO registered (ZC163063) and UK GDPR compliant. Informed consent is captured before every interview.
Robbie is not an HR platform. It does not connect to your HRIS, payroll, or performance management tool, and it does not replace your quantitative pulse-survey scores over time. You manage the rollout; Robbie handles the conversation and the synthesis.
FAQs
- How is this different from staff engagement surveys?
- Standard surveys ask everyone the same multiple-choice questions and cannot follow up on an interesting answer. Robbie has an actual conversation with each employee, and asks a real follow-up when something surfaces.
- Will people actually open up to an AI more than a survey?
- People often share more honestly with a computer-mediated interviewer than a human one, particularly on sensitive workplace topics, because it feels less judgmental and less likely to get back to a manager.
- Can we run this alongside our existing survey tool?
- Yes. Teams can keep their quantitative pulse survey for tracking scores over time and use Robbie for the qualitative layer, understanding why a score moved, in the employees' own words.
- Is individual feedback visible to managers?
- Employees are not required to disclose their name or personal details to Robbie, so responses are not tied to an individual by default.
